Bedrooms B&B at Fattoria Le Pòggiola
The farmhouse consists of six rooms, all with independent entrances and individually furnished.
Each room has the name of a color, which derives precisely from the color of the furnishings and painting of the walls. The rooms are furnished in a cozy country style. They are equipped with a ceiling fan or on the ground and have the use of a fridge (near the room).
They can be rented individually or combined from 2 to 4 rooms for large families and groups, in addition to the possibility of renting the whole house.
The adjoining rooms Rosa and Verde, located on the second floor, can be rented together with the living room / kitchen on the first floor as an independent apartment.
The Yellow and Blue room, also adjacent to the first floor, can be connected to the apartment, or rent both as a Family Room B&B, as indicated in the price list. At the bottom of the page you can see how the floors are structured.
The ARANCIONE bedroom
This large room, with en-suite shower-room, is the only one on the ground floor.
It has a fire place.
It was originally the Kitchen and it has been restored with an old stone sink, leaving the original terra-cotta floor and the fireplace.
It accomodates a double bed but can become a Family Room, with an extra bed and a baby bed.
The window and entrance are on the south side.
The ROSSA bedroom
The Red Room is located on the first floor, has a private bathroom (box-shower) next to the room, 2 beds, sqm. 14.
The beams and window frames are red and together with an original cherry cabinet, designed by the grandfather Barsi, distinguish the room.

The GIALLA bedroom
An independent entrance from the courtyard leads to the original farmhouse apartment on the first floor composed by the Blu and Gialla bedroom.
The Rooms share a bathroom with a half bath; the floor is original and dates back to the beginning of the 20th century.
They can be linked together with the kitchen, the rosa and the verde rooms to form a 4 double room apartment, or they can be rented inividually.
The Gialla room is a double room, which can accommodate 2-3 guests. The window overlooks the courtyard on the North side.
In the corridor there is a futon you can use in case of need. Rooms have ceiling fans.
The BLU bedroom
The Blue room is a double room, on the first floor, with a sofa bed, so it easily becomes a family room with 3/4 beds. The window is south-facing.
The room has a shared bathroom with the yellow one, so you can rent them both if you are a family or a couple of friends.
The Blue and Yellow rooms can be put in communication with the apartment, they were the original residence of the farmer. The shared bathroom is located at the end of the corridor that divides them (the bathroom has been preserved as it was in the original with the half-bath).
They keep the grit floor typical of peasant dwellings of the last century, have a ceiling fan.
In the corridor there is a futon sofa, usable if necessary, and a refrigerator.
The ROSA bedroom
The Rosa (pink) bedroom can be part of the Split level Apartment (first and second floor) together with the verde (green) bedroom or not, we can add a 3rd bed if necessary.
The room maintains its wooden beams and the original terracotta floor.
The window is on the North side overlooking the courtyard and vineyards.
The kitchen/diner is at first floor, on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms (verde and rosa) and a bathroom.
There are two entrances to the apartment: one from the courtyard and the other from the south side.
The VERDE bedroom
The Verde (green) bedroom is at second floor, maintains its wooden beams and the terracotta floor. The window is on the South side. It can be part of of the Split level Apartment (first and second floor) together with the Rosa (pink)bedroom.
We can add a 3rd bed if necessary.
